We’re based in Brooksville and work throughout Hernando, Citrus & Pasco Counties. We believe in plain talk, fair pricing and showing up when we say we will. No call centers, no runaround — just dependable dirt work from people who live and work here.
A Samson Family Business
We come from a family of hardworking entrepreneurs. The Samson name has meant honest work in Hernando County for three generations. It started in 1969, when Cody’s grandfather opened Cyd Samson Jewelers right here in Hernando County. In 1989, Cody’s father carried the family trade forward as Samson Jewelers, serving local families until 2010.
That’s over 41 years of Samsons as established, trusted entrepreneurs in Hernando County — building their name one handshake at a time. Established in 2020, Samson’s Excavating & Land & Tractor Service carries that same family name, work ethic and hometown commitment into the dirt-work business. The trade changed — from the jeweler’s bench to the excavator seat — but the standard never did.
